Raja Sengupta was named Executive Vice President and General Manager of Wolters Kluwer Lien Solutions in late 2016. As the chief executive of the business, Raja leads a growing organization focused on providing comprehensive Lien management services through its nationwide network. Wolters Kluwer Lien Solutions caters to top U.S. Banks and Global Financial Services companies and is the market leader for UCC and other types of liens. Wolters Kluwer Lien Solutions combines the latest technological advancements with deep domain expertise to increase speed and accuracy of end-to-end lien management and deliver the industry’s best usability and product features.
Before joining Wolters Kluwer Lien Solutions, Raja was Executive Vice President and General Manager of CT Small Business, a Wolters Kluwer business, which provides compliance solutions to small and mid-sized businesses for business formations, business license, Digital Brand Protection and other Governance, Risk & Compliance issues.
Prior to Wolters Kluwer, Raja served as General Manager and Business Leader of American Express Merchant Financing where he led the conceptualization and launch of the commercial lending business, regarded as a marketplace innovation in alternative lending using emerging Financial Technologies.
Raja started his career as a management consultant in Mitchell Madison Group’s New York office. Subsequently, as Global Head of Banking & Financial Services Practices at Inductis LLC (now part of EXL Service), he played a critical role in the firm’s growth, positioning it as a reputable player in big data analytics.
Raja received a Bachelor of Science degree in technology from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) and a Master of Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM).
Andrew Hoechstetter is Vice President of Sales for Wolters Kluwer Lien Solutions. In this role he oversees all aspects of the company’s nationwide sales efforts to banks, mortgage brokers and law firms, as well as finding and targeting new markets for Wolters Kluwer Lien Solutions’ web-based applications.
Hoechstetter has more than 20 years of progressively more responsible positions within the Wolters Kluwer family of companies. Beginning as a senior sales representative, his responsibilities have steadily grown, starting with account retention management to eventually leading larger sales teams.
Hoechstetter received his B.A. in Economics from the University of Texas.
As Vice President, Client Services, Bill Schulz is responsible for ensuring a satisfactory client experience from the beginning of their relationship with Wolters Kluwer Lien Solutions to the fulfillment of their lien management needs. He also oversees all client onboarding programs, internal and external engagement and measurement programs and client and third-party audits to ensure full contractual and governmental compliance.
Prior to joining Wolters Kluwer, Schulz held similar client service/experience senior management roles in a variety of companies across a spectrum of industries, including information services, health services, finance and manufacturing.
Schulz holds a B.A. in Business Communication from Stephen F. Austin University.
Rajesh Naik is responsible for defining and leading the company’s strategy for Enterprise Legal Solutions. He is also responsible for product development, quality assurance, project management, security and operations of all the company’s technology platforms and infrastructure.
Prior to joining Wolters Kluwer, Naik served as Vice President (Corporate), Global Head of Strategy and Operations for Thomson Reuters Global Resources and also served as Vice President, Global Head of Information Architecture at Thomson Financial, where he oversaw the development of a next-generation product platform and content marketplace.
Suzanne Konstance manages Marketing and Product Management for the Wolters Kluwer Lien Solutions business. She and her team focus on understanding and solving market problems in order to provide effective, innovative solutions and execute powerful go-to-market strategies.
Prior to joining Wolters Kluwer Lien Solutions, Konstance held senior level positions managing Product Management and Marketing for companies including Pitney Bowes, Citibank, and MetLife. As Vice President, On-line Banking at Citibank, she led product management and marketing initiatives to consistently improve world class internet banking solutions. Throughout her entire career, she has focused on providing cutting edge financial services and web-based information and transaction solutions to businesses.
Konstance earned her B.A. from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
Rich Stoll serves as Chief Financial Officer for Lien Solutions. He oversees the company’s financial planning and analysis, business insight and sales management. With his deep experience in leadership, predictive financial modeling/analysis, financial reporting and innovative solutions, Stoll plays a central role in pricing, re-engineering, new investment and business cost control.
Stoll has been with Wolters Kluwer for more than eight years, most recently with our Global Services division, where he has been Vice President, Strategic Sourcing since 2018. Before that, he served as Financial Planning and Analysis Director for our CT division. Prior to joining Wolters Kluwer, he held finance leadership roles for Akrimax Pharmaceuticals, ITT and Northrop Grumman.
Stoll holds an MBA in Finance in Management from Fordham Gabelli School of Business and a BA in Economics from Bucknell University.
